About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and manage our marketing team while executing innovative strategies that generate high-value customers. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—business development, product development, and leadership—to develop and implement marketing plans that not only attract the right audience but also convert them into engaged customers.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Innovate – Manage a high-performing marketing team to drive quality leads that convert into valuable customers. Optimize Web & Digital Presence – Continuously improve website performance to increase traffic and conversion rates. Execute Targeted PPC & SEO Strategies – Maximize engagement through paid and organic marketing campaigns that drive conversions. Drive Event Marketing Success – Ensure targeted personas register and engage with events. Enhance Brand Awareness – Leverage customer stories and content marketing to powerfully position our brand. Analyze & Improve – Utilize marketing analytics tools to track performance and refine strategies for maximum impact.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of marketing experience in the K-12 Education Industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience with social media, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), content management systems, and email marketing tools.
Proven success in budget management and ROI-driven marketing strategies.

Bonus Points For

Scrum Certification
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools

Location & Travel

This is a remote role with 25% travel to company offices, events, and customer sites.
