  • Help school leaders establish sustainable systems for monitoring instructional quality, evaluating progress, and adjusting improvement strategies.
Strengthen Mathematics Instruction and Achievement
  • Leverage expertise in mathematics instructional leadership to help school leaders improve the rigor, quality, and effectiveness of Tier 1 mathematics instruction.
  • Coach leaders in analyzing mathematics achievement data, identifying instructional gaps, and developing targeted improvement strategies.
  • Support leadership teams in strengthening standards-based mathematics instruction, curriculum alignment, assessment practices, and teacher collaboration.
  • Guide school leaders in monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of mathematics improvement initiatives and using evidence to inform instructional decisions.
Coach and Develop School Leadership Capacity
  • Build trusting, productive relationships with principals, instructional leadership teams, and district leaders while maintaining high expectations for results.
  • Provide actionable feedback, targeted coaching, and professional learning that strengthens leadership effectiveness.
  • Develop leaders' ability to diagnose instructional challenges, lead change, support teacher growth, and hold teams accountable for implementation.
  • Navigate resistance to change while creating shared ownership, urgency, and commitment to improved student outcomes.
Drive Measurable Results Through Collaboration
  • Partner closely with IE Faculty Coaches and project teams to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation of IE's Model of Instruction.
  • Monitor implementation progress, analyze performance metrics, and adjust improvement strategies based on evidence.
  • Facilitate professional learning and leadership development experiences for school and district teams.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to school partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IE's coaching practices and implementation resources.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
